The Willys-Overland Motor Co. began in 1912 and went bankrupt during the Great Depression. In 1936, the company was reorganized as Willys-Overland Motors, Inc. The company made thousands of Jeeps for the U.S. Government during WW II and began making the Willys Jeep Wagon in 1946.
As you can see from the photos, there are a few very minor wrinkles, but it’s really in good shape.
