I was a little kid at the time, but I still remember many of the songs on the list. The Beatles and The Beach Boys were just starting out (both on the list). Beside “Love Me Do,” the other titles that stand out are “Walk on By” (my parents’ favorite), Peter and Gordon’s “World Without Love,” “My Boy Lollipop,” “Do You Love Me,” and a few others.

In the summer, I remember my mom listening to Robin Seymour in the mornings. A year after this music guide, I watch Seymour host “Swingin’ Time.”

On the back at the top is a list of three of WKNR’s LPs for the Week. I had all three.
Below that are photos of the six Keener DJ’s.

What really rings a bell is the free parking coupon for Edgewater Park on 7 Mile. Normally, parking was a quarter.

The guide is made of lighter stock cardboard, and is excellent shape, especially being 60 years old! I’ve kept it in a hard polypropylene sleeve for protection, as shown in the last photo.
