Dishwasher heating element - $25

I have a brand new dishwasher heating element still in the plastic. I also have a second element which I thought was the problem. Replace the element because I thought that was the problem. Dishwasher still didn’t work so never used it. Did a continuity check on both elements and both are good. Both for 25. New one in the picture is the one I’m pointing to.
