This is the Breezeaire WKL 4000 purchased in June 2023 good for 1,000 cubit foot of wine cellar. Although this unit is engineered to last 10-15 years, the motor/fan unit needs to be replaced from Breezeaire Customer Support. They did the remote troubleshooting and priced the motor/fan at approximately $250. So,,this would be a $500 total expense to anyone who wants to buy this and you would have to bolt the motor/fan in. WKL 4000 sells for $3200 new- the reviews are very good. I would have just ordered the motor/fan and replaced it myself but the motor/fan would have been back ordered two months. I didn’t want to wait. So, after a nice discount for my troubles they shipped me a new WKL 4000 in short order. I love the machine, notwithstanding the motor/fan issue.
