Vintage 1950s–60s Mini Beer & Cocktail Bottle Collection (15) – Hamm’s, PBR, Falstaff, Ballantine, Jax – Sealed Bar Display Breweriana
Description
Very cool mid-century miniature beer and cocktail bottle collection from my grandfather’s home bar. These were kept strictly as display bottles and sat on his bar shelf for decades. They were my grandfathers who had a bar in his Detroit basement.
The bottles appear to date from the 1950s–1960s based on label graphics, cap styles, and bottle shapes. Many still have their original caps and seals intact.
There are 15 miniature bottles total.
Some still contain liquid while others have partially evaporated over time, which is normal for vintage sealed bottles. A few are labeled “Does Not Contain Beer,” which was common on miniature promotional or display bottles from this era.
These are being sold as vintage breweriana collectibles / bar display pieces.

Notable / More Collectible Bottles
A few bottles in this set are especially interesting to breweriana collectors:
Jax Beer – New Orleans brewery that closed decades ago. The red star label is recognizable and mini bottles from Jax are collected by regional beer memorabilia collectors.
Duquesne Beer – A historic Pittsburgh brewery that operated from the late 1800s until the 1970s. Breweriana collectors often seek out Duquesne items.
Eastside Beer – A smaller regional brand that is less commonly seen, which makes it a fun addition to miniature brewery collections.
The Heublein cocktail minis (Manhattan, Martini, Whiskey Sour) are also classic mid-century bar items and are popular with vintage barware collectors.
