I bought this vacuum cleaner to replace my vintage Hoover after a part broke. I should've fixed the old Hoover before spending money on a new one. This is a very powerful vacuum cleaner intended for pet owners (I don't own a pet). The downside is that it's too powerful for the wool fibers on my hand-woven, area rug. My repaired Hoover meets my modest needs, so I'm selling this one at a loss.
