Hi everyone. I’m looking to transfer my lease from Jan 1 - July 31, 2026, at the Courtyards Student Apartments. Rent is $2100 a month plus utilities (water and electricity).
This is the closest complex to North Campus (1780 Broadway St, Ann Arbor, MI 48105). Great reviews re:maintenance and upkeep. They have optional parking and staffed mail room/package lockers, study rooms with free printing, vending machines, water fill stations, 24/7 coffee bar, lounge area, and game room. 1Bedrooms are typically sold out.
.It is a true one-bed one-bath with an in-unit washer and dryer. (ie no roommates)
