Conveniently, there is a half bath on this level and a sliding glass door leads to your walk out patio that includes a privacy fence! The upstairs level has two bedroom suites large enough to fit king size furniture, one of which has a walk-in closet, and the other has a wall to wall reach-in closet. The bedrooms are separated by a full bathroom, linen closet and full-size washer and dryer. Control your own thermostat & stay comfortable with central air conditioning and heat!
Your pets are welcome at the office too! Bring your dog on your tour or stop by for a treat! We have an annual pooch plunge at the end of the summer and everyone is welcome to attend. It’s a fun way to meet you neighbors and other pets in the neighborhood.

The initial pet fee due is $300 (paid only one time) and the pet rent is $30 per month and covers up to two pets!
