Rent INCLUDES utilities (heat, hot water, electric, garbage/recycling): $1,350/mo for a single occupancy through August 2026; $1,450 for a couple/double occupancy.

- If A/C is desired, Tenant is responsible for procuring their own A/C unit and adds $45/mo to rent during applicable months.

- Application due to hold place plus a non-refundable $75 application fee, waived for Nov 1 move-in or earlier.
- Upon lease signing, security and first month's rent is due
