Our kitchen is fully equipped (French coffee press, Nespresso machine, convection oven, airfryer, dishwasher). We have a bright dining space right outside the kitchen with an extendable dining table. Right next to the dining area, there is a charming sunroom that is perfect for summer use. It opens to the backyard and to the attached garage. The living room is spacious and bright, with a TV and a fireplace.
There are three bedrooms upstairs: one with a queen bed, one with a young kid's bed. The other is an office with a sit-to-stand desk. There is a full bathroom upstairs as well. Downstairs is almost a unit of its own, with a bedroom, an office space, a living room, and a full bathroom. We have a washer and dryer in the basement, with plenty of storage space for suitcases, boxes, etc., should you need it. We will also clear some closet and dresser space in the bedrooms for your use during the summer.
Overall, this is a great house, spacious and bright, in a wonderful neighborhood, quiet and friendly, with walking and biking access to downtown and the central campus.
