A local accounting and tax office is looking for an office assistant.

Duties would include:
- Assist office staff as needed
- Answer phones
- making appointments
- compile documents
- data entry as needed
- keep office neat and tidy
- Attention to detail/detail oriented
- Customer Service and Client Management Skills.
- Must have the ability to multi-task and be well organized.
- Must have the ability to work independently
- Excellent Data entry skills, Proper filing skills,
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Communicate effectively and professionally
- Willingness to learn.
- High school diploma required
- Office experience preferred
- You will need reliable transportation to be considered
- Part time
