The study requires 15-20 minutes of training per day over a time period of four weeks. The training is computerized and will take place in the convenience of your home. Before and after the training, different cognitive functions will be assessed in order to determine the effectiveness of the training.
If you are between 18-35 years old and interested in training your brain, or if you would like to get further information, please contact our lab at trainyourbrain@umich.edu.
