My family is unable to visit St. Thomas next year and we are offering our 1 week vacation rental at the newly built (2006) Frenchman's Cove at a nice discount. The 1,179 sq ft two bedroom, ocean view villas are currently renting for $620/night ($4,340/week). We are asking $2,800 for the week.
The on-site amenities include: the beach, a pool, a casual pool-side restaurant, kid's clubhouse/game room, water sports rental pavilion, small convenience store, and fitness center. The beautiful rooms include: 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room, and two ocean view balconies There are 3 LCD televisions throughout the villa with DVD players. Since eating out can be fairly expensive on the island, we typically buy groceries in town to cover all the morning breakfasts, most of the lunches at the beach (sandwiches/snacks), and 3-4 dinners (on the balcony). The in-room stack washer/dryer also allows us to pack much less clothing than other vacations. There's also a free shuttle that runs between the Marriott Frenchman's Cove and the nearby Frenchman's Reef which has additional pools, restaurants, shopping and sandy beaches.
