• The building has fitness center, swimming pool, study lounge, TV lounge, and laundry, but no parking spot.

• Room available from January 2010 to August 2010.

• I pay $1000/mo, you can have it with $700/mo, including heat and water, but not electricity and internet/cable, if you sublet from Jan until Aug 2010. It's $750 if you only sublet from Jan to Jun and $800 if from Jan to Apr.
