I am a UM student and will be leaving the country for the winter semester in 2010. The room is available from late December/January through September 2010, or any segment of time therein. Ideally, I would like to find a couple or two adventurous people just looking for an inexpensive place to live and who would be interested in sharing a room. The room is fairly large. Since this is a kind of unique request, I will be willing to negotiate rent. I am very flexible and am open to ideas, so please feel free to call and discuss options.

Here is some info:

- Rent: $280/mo (not including utilities, but they have been low). This is lower than anything else I have seen near campus.
- Location: 1423 Broadway St. 10 minutes from central campus on bike, or less via car. 5 minutes from North Campus on bike, less in car. A diverse and safe neighborhood with interesting neighbors. A good mix of student housing and family housing.
- 4 friendly, intelligent, and clean roommates. All are good friends of mine, and living with them has been smooth.
- The room: fully furnished, good size, two windows.
- Access to full kitchen, living room, dining room, etc.
- Beautiful home and nice landlords.
- Can send pictures upon request.

The living arrangements aren't all too luxurious, but the inexpensive rent and unique features of this house make it one of the best places to live. If you are at all interested, please call me at 208.724.0751.
