The apartment has lots of storage, closets and shelving plus storage option in the basement + balcony. The apartment is located conveniently between central and north campus with excellent bus connections. The community is very quiet and surrounded by lots of nature. Dogs allowed. You could either take over the lease or sign a new lease.
