I am going abroad next semester and need someone to take over the rest of my contract at MICHIGAN HOUSE CO-OP. FOOD, water, electricity and heat are included in the monthly charges of $570. Amenities include washer and dryer in basement, cable TV, wireless internet, access to food, and friendly people. This is a co-op so there are house requirements, so please contact me about them specifically. The room is a double, so there will be a roommate, however there is a lot of common space and three showers.

The dates for this contract would be January 1, 2010 to May 2, 2010. That means that when the semester is over the contract ends--no need for summer sublets!!!

I really LOVE living here, but am going abroad. I plan on coming back next year, that's how AWESOME it is.
