I am going abroad second semester so I am trying to sublet my room from January until April. The apartment is located on 1122 Hill Street which is PRIME location for central campus classes. Considering the weather, the less walking you have to do the better!

My room will be fully furnished with: a full bed, desk, couch, dresser, refrigerator, 40 inch television, and Comcast cable if you prefer. The apartment is shared with 3 other roommates who are very conscious and understanding of others but are also fun to hang out with. There is a bathroom, living room, and a kitchen. They are all kept in great condition and are fully furnished respectively.
