The rent is $450 a month and includes heat, water, and gas and the person replying to the ad would get their very own bedroom and parking space if desired. A roommate is needed from the following months: November 2009 (Immediately) to August 2010. There is a nice porch located in the front of the establishment for those who want a safe place to lock up their bikes.
The apartment is literally located on the corner of State and Ann and is just seconds from the downtown and campus area.
