Hey,

I wanna sublease a bedroom in a 2 bedroom apartment at willowtree towers on north campus. The term is beginning of May until end of July.
The rent is 385$/month plus whatever share you get from the DTE energy bill which should be split roughly in half between you and your one roommate maybe around 25$.
You'll be sharing a big kitchen, big living room, and bathroom with one other roommate but you get your own bedroom. The place is pretty furnished.
Bus stops from UM and AATA are very close by. There's also parking if you have car. NCRB is 5 minutes away walking if you wanna work out.
It's a wide space clean apartment

The whole apartment might be available during that same period if you have a friend that wants to stay with you or if you wanna have it for yourself.
A family is also possible or more than 2 roommates
