For students seeking housing, one furnished room will be available from January through August (move out Aug 15-ish). Available for Winter, Spring and Summer terms. The unit has a re-finished kitchen, full bathroom, basement storage, washer and dryer, a parking space, and a large closet in the room for rent. Additionally, cable, HSI and utilities are split 4 ways (utilities non-negotiable, cable&HSI negotiable; that is to be worked out amongst those living in the unit).
There are three other rooms rented out by other (female) students, who would appreciate a laid back, green friendly house-mate. The house is a 10 minute walk from U of M central campus, and even more conveniently is located close to the Blake Transit Center to catch the city bus anywhere.
