I'm looking for someone to take over my lease in January until August 20th. I just lowered the price from $835 -- I'm really looking for someone to take over my lease for the entire time so I may be able to come down a bit on price. It's a furnished, one bedroom apartment and the rent includes heat, water and a parking spot behind the building. Coin operated laundry in the basement. Kitchen has a dishwasher and garbage disposal. The apartment is close to campus (especially the law school) and it's spacious with a lot of closet space. It has a nice, attentive landlord, too. I've lived here for 2.5 years and it's a great apartment, but I'm graduating in December and need to assign my lease. Email me for more information and pictures!
