I have 1 bedroom available in 2 bedroom apartment. Nice spacious apartment, 2 bedrooms, one bath. It's in a good location, very close to Arborland by 23. It is about 8 minutes to EMU and around 16 minutes to downtown Ann Arbor. My roommate is moving out and I have a 2 bedroom to myself. I'd like to rent out the other bedroom. It is available beginning on the 15th of August, 2008, and the lease goes through March 31, 2009. I am willing to negotiate the time frame if someone is just looking for a 6 month arrangement. I can send you pictures of the apartment if you are interested. Rent is $365/month PLUS utilities. Utilities are electric, water, and internet and they usually come to about $75-100/person.
