Room is Available Aug. 1st. Shared kitchen and laundry. Shared bath with only 1 other person. Her work hours are usually 9am - 7pm. This room has been completely remodeled with new windows, paint, baseboards, doors. It's really nice and cozy! We do have a boxer puppy incase you are allergic, but he is very well mannered and people friendly. We are a quiet couple and are looking for a roomate who will be the same. We are interested in singles only and no couples sharing this room please. We will be renting this room in our home for 6mo. to a year most likely. We live in a very quiet neighborhood about 7miles from Ann Arbor, about a 10-15 minute drive to downtown Ann Arbor.
