I am a young professional female looking to share a house with same or graduate student. The house is 7 minutes from the U of M medical campus. Covered garage is available. #13 bus stop is one block away from the house and goes to campus- runs from approx 6a.m. to approx 6p.m.
House is in great shape, fully furnished, back yard, grill...
Move in on August 2nd - move out June 30th.
additional costs include gas/electric, cable/internet approx $200 per month.
