We are 3 girls (looking for a 4th girl) to take over a room. It will be available in late December/beginning of January as our current roommate is graduating and moving out! We are really nice girls and like to keep the place tidy. The rent is very cheap, but we do have to pay utilities (which isn't all too much suprisingly) - there is also a lot of storage and laundry!
