I am currently renting 2 rooms and a partially finished basement. The rent is $400 per room, and $450 for the basement a month. This is a beautiful home, and pets are welcome. It is a 3 bedroom house, and already has one occupant in one of the bedrooms. Rent includes all utilities, including wi-fi and cable. I would prefer to find someone to move in towards the 3rd week of November. Please e-mail me for more details. Price is also negotiable, depending on your situation.
