So I found a house in Ypsilanti that is really quite nice and inexpensive. I just need to fill it up with some other roommates.
The house has new hardwood floors, a newly remodeled kitchen (with garbage disposal and dishwasher), and air conditioning. Also included is free internet, parking, and laundry.
I am a student at Eastern. Non-smoker. Not crazy partier, but I do like to go out. Ideally I would like a roommate who is also a student, but this is not necessary. Someone who is at least somewhat social. Not a slob. Has a source of income. And prefers the heat to be over 65 degrees in the winter...
