Roommate Needed from November 2009-August 2010. The rent is $450 a month and includes heat, water, and gas and the person replying to the ad would get their very own bedroom and parking space if desired. The apartment is located right on the corner of state and ann street, literally seconds from the downtown area, and has a living room, closet area, and bathroom with a shower. There is also a nice front porch for those who like to have a place to safely lock their bikes or smoke a cigarette.
