I have an open bedroom in my second floor apartment and need a roommate. The room is quite big, carpeted with a walk-in closet, big windows, and your own bathroom, also big. Your rent would be 500/month. We would split electricity, water, and cable/internet. In total the bills would be about 80/month for each person.

The apartment is furnished except for the bed. You can bring whatever you want, but you wouldn't need to have very much (besides a bed) to live comfortably here. The apartment complex itself has a gym and pool and is very nice.

I am a 28 year old male, pretty clean and quiet, and I work at the U of M medical center as a lab manager. I am not even home that much because I work a lot including on weekends. I am looking for someone who keeps regular hours and is considerate, easygoing, etc.
