The rooms are 12’x 11’ and 10’x 9’ respectively, with a closet in each. Share large kitchen, living room, and bathroom. House has hardwood floors, new windows, central air, dishwasher, and a garage and basement for storage. Washer and dryer are also available on-site.

House is located near a park in a quiet family and pet friendly neighborhood. The landlord only lives a block away and is very responsive to the maintenance and safety of the household.

Utilities include electric, gas, water, sewer, and internet. The split usually runs about $100 - $150/ month.
