I have two bedrooms in my mobile home that are not being used, so I am looking to rent out both of the rooms to ONE person. Both rooms are furnished and since they are on the small side, I am going to rent them both out together to ONE person. One room is currently furnished as a bedroom and one is furnished as a "den". I have a good sized fenced-in back yard, and live in a quiet neighborhood. I'm about 7 minutes from downtown Brighton.

Month to month renters welcomed, and all utilities are included in your rent.

Indoor smokers ok. Male or female may apply.

I don't mind well behaved dogs if you have one.

Im looking for a room mate who can keep to themselves, clean up after your messes, and respect my privacy.
