You need to have a skill, knowledge, or ability that makes you an asset to an employer, not be a body that fills a slot. If that's all you are the job will suck, the pay will suck and you will get no benefits. Every day all you will be able to think about is how soon you can move to the next shitty job.
Invest in yourself, make yourself someone every employer wants but only one will get. Your job and your life will be completely different. Life can be pretty good if you try. If you're expecting someone t do it for you then you are all you're going to be. And if you don't care to do any more for yourself, continually work to make your life better, then I have another question: Why should I?
