Responsible for special reset projects and may transport on-site delivery of all materials, supplies and equipment<br>
Receive and report work through a web based application Follow company policy and utilize safety techniques in execution of reset teamwork<br>

High school diploma or GED is required<br>
Must be able to work hours between 9:00pm - 6:00am, Sunday - Thursday<br>

Retail Sales Merchandiser will sell and insure best in class merchandising to include building displays, packing out product, and replenishing permanent secondary displays and maintain salability of all authorized Hershey items.  The Retail Sales Merchandiser is a continuous part time position working 20-25 hours per week.  Mileage is paid at 50.5 cents per mile.

• Sell and maintain 100% distribution of all "authorized" Hershey items in assigned territory.
<br>
• Ensuring flawless retail execution of Headquarter Sales and Merchandising Plans (Retail Execution Plan) with various retailers. 
<br>
• Achieve all merchandising objectives through the effective use of Permanent Secondary Displays and other display vehicles established within the Retail Execution Plan.

• Reporting of weekly activity, expenses, competitive activity, account changes, promotions and all administrative functions within assigned territory.
<br>
• Reporting of daily activities through the use of Retail Handheld units, synchronizing upon completion of each day.

Minimum knowledge, skills and abilities required to successfully perform major duties/responsibilities:

• Valid driver's license without restrictions

• Personal vehicle in sound operating condition

• Proof of Insurance indicating minimum coverage of $300,000 per person / $300,000 per accident / $100,000 property damage

Paperchase Supervisors provide leadership to drive sales growth, maximize overall profitability, focus on exceeding financial expectations, implement operational goals and ensure brand execution for Paperchase in the store. The Paperchase Supervisor is responsible for driving results through the Paperchase Sellers, and ensuring consistent execution of inventory, merchandising and visual presentation standards. Superior customer service and leadership skills are essential for this position. This position reports to the Paperchase Area Manager.<br>

Your Key Responsibilities Are To:<br>

-Ensure execution of standards for store/shop fixture layout, placement, general maintenance and lighting <br>
-Work with Paperchase Area Manager to recruit, select and retain top talent in Paperchase shops<br>
-Lead Paperchase staff and individually take partin driving sales and profitability on a consistent basis<br>
-Maintain an environment where customers enjoy a rich shopping experience on a consistent basis<br>
-Ensure schedules, attendance issues and timekeeping procedures are maintained for store/shop<br>
-Facilitate the Paperchase “Training and Certification Program” for Paperchase employees; train staff to ensure each is knowledgeable about Paperchase products, quality and availability of merchandise<br>
-Ensure that performance of all Paperchase employees is supervised consistently and fairly <br>
