This entire cottage has been remodeled over the last two to three years with new kitchen cabinets, stainless steel sink, countertops and island and Pergo floors throughout. Its walls were re-drywalled recently and the main rooms have high, knotty pine ceilings. There are new Anderson windows throughout. It also has an updated, large bathroom with tiled floor, vanity and one-piece fiberglass bathtub enclosure. The main living room has a Murphy bed at one end for extra sleeping accomodations.
There is an attached carport on one side of the house (which could be enclosed), a wood deck looking out to the lake, a dock. and it sits on a large sloped lot. Overall it's a very peaceful location with lots of room for kids to run around or for adults to enjoy warm days fishing or boating on the water, or just laying in the hammock reading.
Totem Village subdivision is made up of a combination of seasonal cottages and year-round homes.
