Marketing assistant/Event coordinator/ Office assistant (Howell)
compensation: To be discussed
Responsible for organizing, gathering, compiling, formatting, presenting, summarizing all information.
Prepare, plan, and execute ALL in and out of office events- Prepare and labor the crafty work of all in and out of the office events.
Track using spreadsheets all marketing revenue and money spent with specific details including inventory lists.
Prepare monthly mailers, billboards, newsletters, and brochures- Save on and flyers.
Send out all social media blasts including face-book, demand force, and google plus.
Be efficient in time management and deadlines.
Work as a ream player yet be driven working independently with initiative.
Schedule meetings accordingly to Dr.'s schedule always after production hours.
Prepare and report weekly to do list w/deadlines and all accomplished work.
