Must possess 1-2 years experience working with homeless or low-income individuals and families. Strong interpersonal skills; a proven ability to work unsupervised; a history of reliability in the workplace required. Comfort with being the “rule enforcer” while also being empathic; understanding of challenges of homeless parents and children a must. Previous work experience involving medical or mental health emergencies, children’s services, AND a familiarity with fields of substance abuse and public health preferred.
Position Hours
1 Position: Weekday evenings (Mon. through Friday) 4pm-8:00pm* (20 hours per week)
* This position could be split into 2 part-time positions
1 Position: Weekend afternoons (Saturday and Sunday) 3pm-11pm. (16 hours per week)

The Frontline Senior City Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day
operation of the Frontline program in a particular city and its
surrounding areas. The Frontline program’s objective is to
increase the
financial strength and political clout of Greenpeace by recruiting
members to give automatic monthly donations through a credit card or a
bank direct debit.
Responsiblities include these major areas and others:
Performance: Ensure that new member and financial goals are achieved by
meeting specific objectives
Evaluation: Fill out and submit weekly reports on recruitment and
office performance.
Frontlining: City Coordinators are expected to Frontline two days per
week averaging $30 in pledges per day.
Evaluation: Fill out and submit weekly reports on recruitment and

Staff Recruitment: Spend 50% of your time creating, implementing, and
monitoring your recruitment plan to meet your staff recruitment
objectives.
Staff Development: Provide staff with the skills and motivation to work
well
Leadership Development: Identifying, training and hiring team leaders
for every five staff and trainers
Budget: Oversee spending and stay within budget for office supplies,
transportation to sites, recruitment, and other budgeted items.
Experience/Accomplishments:
A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in face-to-face fundraising,
direct marketing or customer service and a strong interest in
environmental issues.
Coordination of women's specific services
Meetings and reports
Travel to meetings
Coordination of client transportation
Work with other agencies who serve women
case management for women
Preferred applicants will:
Possess a MSW degree and be licensed to work in the State of Michigan (will consider BSW with extensive experiance)
Have substance abuse experiance(therapy, group work)
Have experiance working with women
Have case management experiance
Have excellant paperwork and time management skills
Have the ability to travel to meetings and appointments
Be willing to work part of the time in Livingston County
Have experiance working in collaborative enviroments
