Five original tuners, one replacement
One pot is original and dates to 1976, the other three are NOS Stackpole pots of the correct value dating to 1971
Caps are the correct 70s NOS molded Mylar type of the correct value.
Original wide range humbucker at the neck and original single coil at the bridge.
The switch wiring has been replaced using period correct tinned copper dual and single lead wire, and routed and taped as if factory original
There is a humbucker route in the middle position (under pickguard) that has been properly filled with wood.
Original case is included.
In one of the pics you will see some white chalky residue in the pickup cavity. This is not paint and it is not indicative of an original finish. It was some sort of powdery dust (perhaps sawdust?) that wiped away with water. It is no longer there.
Just had a fresh setup with a new nut, that has been aged to appear original.
The truss rod and micro tilt are all original and work. All the bridge and saddle screws and springs work and are not stripped.
Email, call, or text for more info, questions, and offers. Seven three four-nine seven two-zero seven two four. I did all the work on this guitar and I can tell you anything you need to know about it.
She plays and sounds awesome. The original six saddle bridge is a little finicky to set up but once you get it it's solid.
I'd like to get $1850. She is a nice looking, playing, and sounding old tele.
I'm also open to trades for other guitars or recording gear.
