At approximately 7pm on Friday Nov. 27, 2009 our dog Haleigh (Pronounced Hay-Lee) ran off. She's a knee high black dog, thin build, approximately 30lbs. She is mostly black with a white chest & paws.. she has a lot of white on her face due to aging. She has pointed ears that stand up, She is skittish and may not come to you but will go to other dogs. She does not like loud noises so I would imagine she's pretty scared with all the hunting in the area.
If you find her PLEASE call me.. Our 5yr old son is very upset by this and we need to bring Haleigh home.

I dropped a set of keys somewhere while walking along the West sidewalk on North Division from about a block North of Kingsley, past Community High School and on down around the corner onto the North sidewalk on Catherine heading West from North Division.

There is a brushed steel metal looking U of M bottle opener on the ring, a green Swiss Army key ring knife (blade, file/screwdriver, scissors), multiple keys including a key with "U.S.P.S." and "Do Not Duplicate" stamped on one side, a Cue Cube (pool cue tip shape and scuff tool) and a small LED flashlight. It would be greatly helpful to have them back and I'm offering a reward for their return.

2 big furry beautiful dogs came strolling across my yard to see me in North East Ann Arbor near the Toyota Tech Center off of Woodridge.

They seemed to be friendly and were probably just in the area to eat the cat food that my neighbor leaves out.

In the dark with the full moon they seemed almost ghostlike and I had to yell to my girlfriend to come out to confirm that she sees them too...not Hallucinations this time! Yay :)

Dixi is a black and white Lab/Sheppard mix, primarily back with white chest, and on paws, brown eyebrows and some on ears, graying under chin. Dixi is our beloved family pet, and we miss her a lot. She has a stiff left paw from the elbow down, with some fatty tumors, she weighs about 40 - 50 lbs. Dixi is/was wearing a red collar only, the tags had worn off her collar. I work in rescue and on my way to an event on Sat. AM I saw a dog on the side of 94 near the Willow Run exit. The dog was not moving. A short while later on my way back by, I stopped to see if the dog had a collar or any form of identification, but it did not.
I am so sorry to have to post this, but I know someone must be looking for this dog and even though this is a heartbreaking outcome, I feel that it is better than not knowing. As of Mon AM he/she was still there. I will call the county road commission when I am done writing this to have the dog picked up.
DESCRIPTION-- Dark Red/Brown Boxer (probably purebred, but maybe mixed; longer muzzle, not as smushed as most boxers), White on nose and chest, Docked tail, Natural ears (not cropped), Large dog probably 60-75lbs, Looked well taken care of, NO COLLAR

If you think this may be your dog, or you know who's dog it is, I DID TAKE A PICTURE to hopefully identify him/her (by email only). I understand it will not be easy to see, as it was not easy to take.
