Selling a 1989 Vw Vanagon Westfalia edition with the Carat package and limited
interior. In Europe it was better know as the Multivan Star edition, They came in Blue, White and the more rare Red and Black.
They are most recognized by their stripped diagonal interior, Grey dash pad, Leather wrapped wheel and carpeted kick board.
This is a Florida vehicle that made it's way to the north and it was driven here.
The motor and transmission were rebuilt, 50K on motor and around 30K+ on the trans. The van is very reliable and I use it as a Daily driver. The interior is in good
condition,No smoke or foul odors,driver seat has a wear spot, rear bench folds into a bed. The jump seats are in very good cond. and the trats behind the seats are still
there. Newer battery, rotor,cap and spark plugs some hoses were also replaced.
Recent brakes front and rear including rotors, pads, shoes and drums.
Heat works front and rear. A/C needs a recharge
It comes with the Mercedes wheels shown and the tires are good.
The rear left interior plastic panel is cracked. The rear hatch lift shocks need r&r
I have a Kenwood cd player that needs to be installed already wired in.
The overhead door lights two of them need bulbs
Also will need a rear bumper/
The van has been repainted
very solid no rust underneath NOT perfect but a nice driver
