We are looking for a talented young website developer with the following qualifications:
* Experience in developing websites using Adobe Flash
* Experience or working understanding of developing websites using Adobe Flex
* An eye for intuitive user interfaces, aesthetic design, and attention to detail
* Working knowledge of desktop coding and website-to-desktop integration
The following characteristics are highly preferred:
* Current undergraduate student pursuing a degree in Computer Science or related field
* Creative and flexible personality
* Willingness to accept equal share of equity in the company as compensation

About Our Company:
We are comprised of four recent graduates from the University of Michigan. We have spent Q1 and Q2 developing a fully viable business plan with strong expected returns, and plan to launch the first edition of our software product by end-of-year. Our mission is to create a revolutionary software application that gives users crucial insight while simultaneously providing them with a powerful, innovative new organizational tool and media channel.
Compensation:
TBD. The ideal candidate will be willing to accept an equal share of equity within the company.

I want to be able to work with someone who gets what I want and can work at my speed. This is probably just a couple of hours; however may turn into something more over time. Depends upon how well we work together.
I've got a variety of projects running and have owned my business for more than ten years.
Goal to work through this within the next week if possible.
