Residents required to do an Alcohol / Drug Evaluation may do so directly on-line through our approved program. This is a Certified Evaluation that meets court requirements, put together in a simple and affordable package. For DUI this is approved for first time offenders only.

Through Nov. 15th, 2009 we will be offering these evaluations for a total cost of $89.00. This program is approved for any state in the US. Your completed evaluation will be sent directly to your email box within 48 hrs.
