The Responsibilities:
Maximizing the overall operating performance and effectiveness of the community
Monitors budget and financials of the community
Provides leadership, mentoring and training for community team members

Four years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

1. Receiving and shipping clients orders by USPS/FedEx/UPS
2. Storing, sorting, picking and packing items according to work orders from IT system
3. Customs forms preparation for international shipping

Now why a painting company, why not something else?
1. Huge Market - The average residential home needs their house painting every 7 years.
2. Low initial investment - The equipment required to start a painting business is relatively inexpensive to other business. In essence you need paint, brushes, and ladders.
3. Big profits - The average job is about $2500, combine that with a low initial investment and there's a lot of money to be made
4. Teachable - Almost everybody has painted something at some point in their life. It's a skill that can be taught relatively easily compared to other industries.
Now, this program isn't for everybody. A lot of people struggle with direction in the beginning and quit before they even begin painting houses, which results in them making little to no money and those people bad mouthing our program. You need to have good communication skills, be organized, be disciplined, and have a good work ethic in order to do well. I'll be honest when I say that I have never worked harder then I did last summer but it was well worth it.
Even if I had made $5,000 instead of $17,000 it would have been worth it.

- At least 1 year previous management experience required
- Must be comfortable with computer, Microsoft applications, & experience with Officemate practice management system a plus.
- Previous medical experience required, optical preferred
- Previous experience with medical billing preferred
- Previous experience as an optician a plus
- Sales, marketing, and social media experience preferred
