How it works out for you?

My current lease ends 5/31/2009 with renewable option. I plan to move to New York with all my stuffs around early/mid December this year. I prefer you to take over the remaining of my lease but I can do sublet if that works out for both of us. Also, there will be a free carpet cleaning for you before you move in if you prefer (although I keep it very clean myself)



Final words:

After spending 7 yrs in Ann Arbor living out numerous apartments at different locations myself, I think I have some good opinions on the living choice here: Compared to the one shown you, other apartments around north campus seldom have as nice a neighborhood and are usually more crowded with much worst amenities. Houses in downtown Ann Arbor or near U of M central campus are invariable old, poorly maintained and more expensive; Apartments in other townships nearby such as Ypsilanti are cheap but the neighborhood is a lot less amiable and much less secure than Ann Arbor. So think about these things carefully before you made your choice.

If you have a family, or enjoy extra nice neighborhood with great privacy and super-duper convenience, this is something you can’t miss.



How it works out for you?

My current lease ends 5/31/2009 with renewable option. I plan to move to New York with all my stuffs around early/mid December this year. I prefer you to take over the remaining of my lease but I can do sublet if that works out for both of us. Also, there will be a free carpet cleaning for you before you move in if you prefer (although I keep it very clean myself)



Final words:

After spending 7 yrs in Ann Arbor living out numerous apartments at different locations myself, I think I have some good opinions on the living choice here: Compared to the one shown you, other apartments around north campus seldom have as nice a neighborhood and are usually more crowded with much worst amenities. Houses in downtown Ann Arbor or near U of M central campus are invariable old, poorly maintained and more expensive; Apartments in other townships nearby such as Ypsilanti are cheap but the neighborhood is a lot less amiable and much less secure than Ann Arbor. So think about these things carefully before you made your choice.
